About us…

Meet Teresa Martinez Sanchez, interior designer and founder of Lilian and Victoria an online lifestyle shop that sells vintage style furniture, lighting, art, home decor, fashion, and accessories. We also are a full service interior design firm. We partner with builders to create the home of your dreams. We work with experienced carpenters, painters, tile and flooring installers, and wallpaper and art installers. We accept projects of all sizes and styles. This shop has been a life-long dream of mine and a work of passion. I am very selective with my product and stand by its quality. I believe that a home should be the best place on earth and the pieces that fill it should bring you joy!

Return Policy

We accept returns for up to 14 days after you have received your order. Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached and in their original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable or available as store credit. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Return shipping can be processed by the customer or a return label can be provided through us. Return shipping is usually more than original shipping as our company partially covers original shipping.

Items that arrive damaged or are defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer or fully refunded.

Free Shipping items can be returned and are subject to a 10%- 25% restocking fee. Restocking percentage fee is listed on each item and varies between art, furniture, and fashion. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to process a return –


Most orders take 1 to 3 business days to ship. Made to order items have different lead times which are listed on each item. Small items as well as small furniture pieces ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx and usually take 3 to 5 business days in transit. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Large furniture and large art ship through various Freight Companies. You will be notified when your order has shipped. You will also be contacted by the Freight Company to the phone number provided at the time of purchase, and they will set up a delivery date with you. Please make sure to be present at agreed upon time of delivery. A signature will be required. All shipments are insured and covered by the shipping company if it arrives damaged. 

Please report orders that arrive damaged within 3 days of receiving your order.
